Priyanka getting too big for her shoes

Priyanka Chopra is the talk-of-the-town these days after bagging top awards for her role in ‘Fashion’ but she is not in a position to quote exorbitant fee. Recently, the actress’ high-flying attitude backfired and her loss ended up into the gain of rival actresses. When Sanjay Gadhvi approached Priyanka for ‘7 Days In Paris’, she demanded Rs 5 crore.

The producers were shocked when Priyanka asked for such a huge fee. They tried to reason with her but she refused to relent.

Earlier, Priyanka had been signed for Rs 3 crore by Yash Raj Films to star opposite Uday Chopra in ‘Pyaar Impossible’ – maybe this got into her mind. This time, she was not so lucky. The producers would rather wait and sign someone else rather than pay such a huge sum.

The director and producer were in talks with Katrina, who had rejected the film due to flaws in the script. After Priyanka’s weird behaviour, the director has once again approached Katrina. And if things did not work out with Katrina, there are Genelia and Asin.
