Kainaaz started on small screen with a serial called Babul Ki Duaye leti jaa in which she played the central character of a rebellious college going girl called Renu. She also did a serial called ‘Dial 100’ with Tijori films and a detective serial called ‘CID’.
Kainaaz made her Bollywood debut in Deepak Tijori’s murder mystery Khamosh.
