Deepika Padukone still seems to be riding high on the success of her last film ‘Housefull’, her ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor too has started exuding more confidence post his latest hit ‘Raajneeti’.Although rumours have been rife about Ranbir approaching Deepika several times, hinting at the possibility of a patch-up with the actress, the latter has never looked interested. But now, Deepika has finally admitted that she doesn’t mind working with the Kapoor scion.
When asked if she’s already working on a project with Ranbir, the actress told a news daily, “Not yet, but I would like to.”
However, it seems that Deepika is completely over Ranbir now, for the actress has found a very special friend in her ‘Lafangey Parindey’ co-star Neil Nitin Mukesh.
“Neil has been the most supportive and encouraging co-star so far. He’s been there for me personally as well. I’ve made a friend for life,” said Deepika.
Talking about her role in much-awaited flick ‘Lafangey Parindey’, Deepika said, “Playing a blind girl, who’s a dancer on skates wasn’t easy. I used to shoot a particular scene with my eyes closed and then re-shoot with my eyes open.”
