Zarine want to play all kind of roles and get into the kind of attire that a Hindi film heroine is required to wear. However, before that I will have to get rid of all the excess weight that I currently have on me. It`s just a few more pounds to go and after that it should be all well.

Tannishtha Chatterjee happy to work with Lucy Liu

Actress Tannishtha Chatterjee, confirmed that she has been signed on to essay the lead role in a project to be directed by American actress Lucy Liu. Tannishtha laying the lead role in Lucy Liu`s film.

"I am excited to be working with her. My film is based on a novel called `Half The Sky` and is one of four short films being directed by four directors," Tannishtha told reporters.

Asked about her role in the movie, Tannishtha said: "These details are all very confidential at the moment. But I can tell you that it is based on a real life character and a true life story."

The actress says Lucy Liu, who is best known as the cold lawyer in hit TV show "Ally McBeal", will be jetting to India soon to direct the project. But she did not reveal the locations.

"All I can say is that we will be shooting for the project in the first quarter of this year," she said.

If reports are to be believed, Meryl Streep and Angelina Jolie have signed up to take part in the project and will go behind the camera for one project each.

Before the international project goes on the floors, Tannishtha is gearing up to attend the 60th edition of the Berlin International Film Festival where her film "Road Movie" will open the Generation 14Plus competition section.

However when quizzed about the bum bags, Jaimal denied suggesting them. “The film is about a Punjabi family based in London. Anushka plays a modern Punjabi girl. Anushka is well-toned and does not require them.”
