The lady who lost to Deepika Padukone the chance of working with beau Saif in Imtiaz Ali’s film, has made sure to be a part of Saif’s next project with Sriram Raghavan. Kareena Kapoor will be seen romancing her Saif in Raghavan’s spy thriller Agent Vinod . Saif plays the title role and Kareena, his love interest.

Reportedly, Deepika was the first choice for the female lead in Agent Vinod but it seems Kareena was in no mood to take yet another defeat from the young star. However, director Raghavan explains that he never approached Deepika for the film. But yes he is keen to work with Kareena for the same.

Ever since Agent Vinod was announced, Bebo was keen on bagging the role and made sure that Deepika doesn’t get away with her sweety pie this time. Perhaps the lady just wants to be with Saif at all times, at work and otherwise and keep his attention solely on her. We all are aware of Saif’s Casanova ways, aren’t we?

When asked, S Raghavan confirmed, “I haven’t yet signed her but hope to do that soon. I can give more details only by December end.” The film will have two leading ladies – an Indian (Kareena) and a foreign actress. The film will go on the floors in March 2009. Apart from this, Saifeena will be seen together in Karan Johar’s next.

Zayed khan worried for his KISSING SCENES in "YUVRAAJ"

Zayed Khan kisses for the first time on screen in Subhash Ghai's Yuvvraaj. And the lip-locking girl is Amrit(Aimee Maghera),Zayed never done intimate scenes like these on screen. I'm a family man with a wife and son. And to watch the scenes with my parents at the premiere gave me the shivers. He worried about his wife that What would they think? On top of it all it was our marriage anniversary.IS a gift for his marriage anniversary to wife!"

"It isn't just a kiss in Yuvvraaj. It was a huge smooching spree between Zayed and his co-star Aimee (Amrit) Maghera. Zayed really had to go for the kill. And he was reluctant and unwilling. Zayed protested hard. He argued he's a married man with a son. And his wife would certainly not like seeing him in a compromising position with his co-star even if it was for the screen. But Subhash Ghai was adamant. The Showman has never had a kissing scene in his cinema before. He wanted to start good and proper. He insisted Zayed do the needful."

When probed about the screen scorchers, Zayed acts ultra-cool. "My lips are sealed, and not just for the kissing-let me tell you very explicitly. But yes, some of the scenes did have me worried. This was my first screen kiss. And I do have a very laadla beta image among the audience. What would the mothers in the audience think? I wondered! I hadn't even told my wife about the kissing in Yuvvraaj. I wanted to surprise her on the premiere night."

Soha has also played Kabaddi in real life. “Yes, I used to play Kabaddi when I was young. I was in Delhi at that time. I have not played Kabaddi since I have come to Mumbai. But I am playing a lot of Kabaddi in the film,” she laughingly said.

Soha said, “It is essentially a comedy film. It is about relationships, marriage, love, games that people play and the power equations between couples going up and down.

Dil Kabaddi is the games that the heart plays. It shows the tussles that happen between husband-wife. I am playing a cosmetic surgeon in the film. As clinical, organised and detailed oriented that she is at work, she is the same in the bedroom and home as well.”

Anit Kapoor again playing autistic role after ISHWAR in YUVVRAAJ

This isn't the first time that Anil Kapoor is playing an autistic character. In K Vishwanath's Eeshwar twenty years ago, Anil was cast as a 'slow' saintly man (this was the closest we came to describing autism in those days) who wins over the village widow. Anil has self admittedly copied Raj Kapoor in Eeshwar. If sources are to be believed, Anil's reference point in Yuvvraaj is Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump.

Hrithik Roshan did the autistic act with National award winning elan in Koi Mil Gaya.

And just as we heard of Shah Rukh Khan turning autistic for his role as the isolated Muslim in New York in Karan Johar's My Name Is Khan, comes the news that Anil Kapoor will be seen playing an autistic character in Subhash Ghai's Yuvvraaj.

Says a source, "Anil plays elder brother to Salman and Zayed Khan. Subhash Ghai had been meaning to incorporate a physically-psychologically challenged character into his script for a long time. It was Anil who told Subhashji the story idea for Yuvvraaj."
