John Abraham, who is busy promoting his film Jhootha Hi Sahi by appearing on various TV shows, created a controversy of sorts.In Zee TV’s musical reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar a few weeks ago, and it was then that the controversy occurred.
It so happened when John, gave a warm hug to the singer and also planted a kiss on her forehead of a singer named Sugandha Mishra.
The situation got so serious that Sugandha’s grandfather even threatened the channel to stop the singer from appearing on the show. Says a little birdie from the sets: “ Sugandha’s grandfather was so unhappy that he even called John a ‘ loose person’ and even threatened to stop Sugandha from participating in the show.”

n this news reached John, he apparently mended his ways when he appeared on the show for the second time. In the recent episode, he maintained a clear distance from the contestants, particularly the women. And that was not all, he even decided to apologies on camera for his ‘ over- friendly’ behaviour with Sugandha. “ I sincerely apologies to Sugandha’s grandfather. It was a friendly gesture and it was only a way to show appreciation to a young talent. There was no intention to hurt anyone’s feeling,” he said.
