Gulpanag shairing great chemistry

Gul Panag will next be seen opposite Vinay Pathak in the movie ‘Straight – Pinu Patel Ki Tedhi Medhi Love Story’ also starring Siddharth Makkar. The film is about a guy who is confused about his sexuality and finds it difficult to make a choice between a guy and a girl.

Gul Panag is seen sharing great chemistry in the Tata Sky commercial with Aamir Khan. But she maintains that it is Shah Rukh Khan who is her favourite. "Shah Rukh has immense charisma. I don't know what he does or how he does. Though he is not a good looking guy, he just keeps getting hotter," says Gul.

she says that the idea of working with him scared her initially, but the actor put her at ease. "I was scared of hitting Aamir in the commercial, but he insisted I hit him hard," says the actress laughingly.

History for Indian and History for A.R.RAHMAN

Indian music maestro A.R. Rahman made history as he became the first Indian to win two Oscars as "Slumdog Millionaire", the rags to riches story of a boy from the slums of Mumbai, swept the annual Academy Awards. Allah Rakha Rahman means the man who became the first Indian music director to win two Oscars for his score in the globally appreciated film 'Slumdog Millionaire' and for the film's theme song 'Jai Ho'. With 'Slumdog Millionaire', Danny Boyle's rags to riches drama based on a book by Indian diplomat Vikas Swarup, the 41-year-old Rahman has stuck gold - and so has India and Indian music.

The film had 10 Oscar nominations, including three for Rahman - he was nominated for Best Original Score and two for the Best Original Song for a motion picture with his songs 'Jai Ho' and 'O Saaya'. It was another first for an Indian.

For India, the 'Slumdog' awards story, which some say is as improbable as the film itself about an 18-year-old orphan from the slums of Mumbai who goes on to win a staggering Rs.20 million ($410,000) on India's 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' game show, is not just about the BAFTAs and the Oscars.
